People out for a walk during the Covid 19 Pandemic in Milan_edited.jpg

CONTEXT

Vaccination platforms have been one of the most common solutions in the world to increase the vaccination rate.

The problem we started from:

The vaccination platform in Romania is not well built enough to meet such an urgent need as Pandemic Covid 19, so updates based on a UX process are welcome.

Challenge

Finding solutions to improve the vaccination platform.

Building a proposal that is accessible and inclusive, easy to use and friendly, that improves the current functionality from the point of view of experience use and add relevant required functionality.

TEAM

(Ioan Mari, Paul Margineanu, Nicoleta Roșu & Dan Mihali)

Organization model

  • weekly meetings on Zoom

  • whatsapp group messages

We followed together the whole UX process from generating assumptions, research, ideations and testing

The exception is the wireframing prototyping part

Personal responsabilities

  •  identification of platforms for questionnaire

  •  centralization data from questionnaires and interviews

Limitations

  • we could not have access to family doctors or state administrative institutions

  •

  • small number of respondents from rural areas

CONCLUZIONS QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH
108 RESPONDENTS

Out of 79 respondents, 30 stated that they used the platform, followed by 22 of the respondents who do not know the platform.

20 out of 30 respondents were of the opinion that the platform is a good programming solution.

Most said that the most difficult thing in the programming process was identifying the number of available places and finding a vaccination center nearby.

We found out that 18 out of 30 respondents scheduled other people.
